Payments are taken when the order has been processed after the order has been placed. The time frame for canceling an order depends on its status. If the order is still in the "Processing" stage, you can cancel at no extra charges, once the order has been shipped you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification if the product is being shipped into the European Union then a refund will be issued, please note your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Buyer pays return costs. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. . For service contracts, the cooling off period expires 14 days after the day the contract was agreed. If the order is outside the European Union you can only cancel an order and get a refund if it's stil in the processing stage if the order has already been shipped you will have to wait until your order arrives then you will have to return it to be entitled for a refund. If you don't receive an order from us, we have a process in place to handle such situations. First, if the order was not delivered within 30 days, you can request a refund. 
If the product is defective or lost, we offer refunds as well.
